No Diet Soup For You!

Is daylight savings time kicking anyone else’s ass too?

Ok good. I didn’t want to be the only one. That and misery loves company.

Toast w/ almond butter and amazing jam + a banana

It was brutal getting up for the gym this morning, but I did it. Since I ran last night I decided to focus on strength training this morning. It’s a good thing too because my legs were sore from last night. Although it was that good sore that let’s you know you had a great workout. This morning there was lots of ab work (planks!), lunges, and upper body.

Diet soup is gross. No more! I couldn’t even finish my soup today. It was watery, slightly sour, and had weird flecks of basil in it. GROSS. From here on out, no diet soup. No diet soup for you!! {in my best soup nazi voice}

Luckily I keep a lot of food at my desk. You’d think I live in my cube there is so much food…oh wait…

These crackers are bad news. Buttery deliciousness that’s mini and can be eaten by the handful? Oy vey.

After work I had planned on going to spin, but then I remembered I needed to do laundry. As much as I don’t mind wearing yoga pants and vnecks to work, I think my manager would be a bit upset.

On the plus side, not going to the gym meant that I had time to make these. I had to un-veganize them though since we are out of ground flax. My house now smells like wonderful cinnamon. Who needs candles when you can just bake?
