A lot has changed since I moved out on my own. I take 10 minute power naps at 6:30 am. Breakfast is now enjoyed standing up in the kitchen. I blog from my patio. I shamelessly eat bowls raisin bran for dinner.
Actually, I only eat from bowls these days. I could probably get rid of my plates.

In London, a friend mentioned eating brown rice with soy sauce. I thought about it for a week. Now it’s a staple in my diet.
